You should only ever have your medical aesthetic treatment, such as dermal filler or botulinum toxin administered by a practitioner with a registered healthcare qualification.

Why choose us?

Before treatment you should…

    Seek Recommendations

Talk to friends and family about their experiences, and check verified online reviews to see what other patients say about their experiences. Practitioner finder tools are also available on some dermal filler brand websites. While each company uses its own criteria to decide who appears on their list, and some may be commercially based, they can still be a useful guide. At the very least, these sources show that the practitioner regularly performs treatments using that product.

    Choose Experienced Practitioners

Always check that your practitioner is a qualified doctor, dentist or nurse with recognised experience in medical aesthetics. Be cautious of websites that look professional but give little information about who will actually carry out your treatment. A background in another area of medicine does not necessarily mean they have relevant experience in aesthetics, so make sure you confirm their specific training and expertise.

    Ask for a Training Update

Even fully qualified medical professionals need to stay up to date with the latest techniques and safety standards. It’s reasonable to ask when your practitioner last completed training or continuing professional development (CPD) and what that involved. You are also entitled to see a copy of their most recent training certificate if you wish, giving you extra assurance that your treatment is in expert hands.
