Charlotte Jones, MSc, RN
Charlotte joined the Skin and Face team in January 2026, bringing with her three years of experience in Accident and Emergency Nursing and a Master’s degree in Adult Nursing.
With a particular interest in skin health and acne, Charlotte’s passion for this area is also personal, having experienced acne herself. This has given her a strong understanding of the impact skin concerns can have on confidence and wellbeing, and a genuine commitment to helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their skin.
As Clinical Lead for Skin Services and Consultations, Charlotte leads the delivery of our skin services, providing personalised consultations, medical-grade skincare treatments and advanced treatments including chemical peels and injectables. She works primarily from our Surrey clinic, while supporting patients and the wider team across both our Surrey and Cardiff clinics.
Annie Cartwright, MSc, RGN, IP
Annie is a highly experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner in facial aesthetics with a Master’s degree in Advanced Practice, an Independant Prescribing Qualification and a clinical career spanning over two decades.
Since 2003, she has worked at the forefront of aesthetic medicine, combining hands-on expertise with a deep understanding of medical innovation. Her background includes extensive experience across the NHS, the pharmaceutical industry, and medical education.
Annie has collaborated with leading aesthetic manufacturers as a faculty member and innovation partner, helping to shape new treatments and technologies.
She is also a regular expert guest on BBC Wales Radio and other media outlets, where she shares her expertise on all things beauty and aesthetics, and serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing contributing with her own papers as well as a peer reviewer.
Gemma Lewis, NVQ Level 4 Therapist
Gemma joined the Skin and Face Clinics Team as she completed her NVQ 4 Beauty Therapy Course. Since then, she has undertaken a range of additional advanced training in the products and services offered at Skin and Face Clinics.
She is qualified in results driven, medical grade skin treatments including Hydrafacial, microneedling, Fire and Ice Facial and a variety of targeted peels. Her focus is on improving natural skin health, restoring confidence and helping clients achieve lasting results.
Alongside her technical expertise, Gemma is known for delivering a calm and thoughtful experience, adding those small touches that support both skin health and overall wellbeing. She is committed to ongoing education and excellence in skincare.
Louise Heaven, Reception and Patient Coordinator
Louise is the friendly face that greets you at Skin and Face Clinics. As our Reception and Patient Coordinator, she ensures every client feels supported when booking appointments, and welcomed from the moment they walk through the door.
Known for her warmth and kindness Louise keeps the clinic running smoothly and is always ready to help, whether it's answering questions, scheduling appointments, or simply making your visit more comfortable.
